Newly qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in April 2026, Rosanna brings 12 years of deep-seated experience as a paralegal in commercial property to her role.
Rosanna manages a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, covering commercial and residential development, freehold/leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord & tenant matters and property finance. Rosanna actively advises both developers and landowners through the full lifecycle of development projects, from acquisition to site set up.
