Ryan is an Associate in the Milton Keynes Corporate team. He advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, restructurings and reorganisations, corporate governance, and shareholder arrangements.
Ryan has experience acting on buy-side and sell-side and supports clients through all stages of a corporate transaction, from due diligence and drafting and negotiating transaction documents, through to completion and post-completion matters.
Ryan qualified into the corporate team upon the successful completion of his training contract with the firm in September 2025, and a 4-month career break in South America.
