Selina is a commercial property lawyer based in Oxford and a Director in Howes Percival’s Commercial Property team.
She particularly specialises in commercial real estate law for businesses in the drinks, hospitality and leisure sectors. She also has experience working with financial institutions, logistic companies and within the retail sector.
Selina is experienced in all aspects of commercial property law and has advised on a wide range of requirements of property portfolios including general estate and asset management, acquisitions and disposals, development and investment portfolios, bespoke licences and auction sales. She is also experienced in corporate transactions (especially large hospitality portfolio sales) and joint ventures.
She joined Howes Percival in July 2026.
