Experience and Background

Sobia advises clients on a wide range of employment law matters – both contentious and non-contentious – and adopts a clear, commercial and practical approach.

She has acted for employers and employees within a range of sectors and has experience of handling employment tribunal claims, advising on day-to-day employment issues and drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and contracts of employment.

Sobia joined the employment team as a newly qualified solicitor in September 2019. She works across our Northampton and Milton Keynes offices.
