Experience and Background

Victoria joined the Family Team at Howes Percival in September 2025. Based in the Cambridge Office, Victoria assists with a wide variety of family matters, including cohabitee separation, child arrangements, the division of assets on divorce, nuptial agreements and injunctions.

Victoria is keen to assist clients to minimise the stress and costs of the legal process by reaching an amicable outcome if possible. Victoria is empathetic to the emotional challenges clients will face on the breakdown of a relationship or where children are concerned, and therefore approaches matters with empathy, patience and support.

After achieving her first-class law degree at the University of Birmingham, Victoria completed her LPC at BPP University in Cambridge. Victoria undertook her training contract at Barr Ellison qualifying in September 2023 before joining Howes Percival in September 2025.

In her spare time Victoria enjoys long distance running and walking her dog.
