Will is a member of Howes Percival’s specialist construction team and is in the final stages of qualifying to be a solicitor.
He operates on a multi-disciplinary basis helping clients put projects together as well as assisting in the smoothing running of those projects and resolving any issues that might arise during the course of the works. Will takes a keen interest in construction and regularly attends Procon and other construction events.
He graduated from Newcastle University in 2022 and during the course of his training has gained experience other property focused areas of law including landlord and tenant disputes, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements and dealing with substantial property transactions and re-financing.
