Yasmin has experience in dealing with a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, providing clear and pragmatic advice tailored to her client’s needs.
She advises on disciplinary and grievance procedures, employment disputes and tribunal claims, contract documentation and policies, settlement agreements and employee exit strategies.
Yasmin acts for both employers and employees across a variety of sectors including retail automotive, healthcare and transport/logistics.
Yasmin joined the team in June 2026, following her qualification as a solicitor in August 2024 and having gained valuable experience with a City firm in London.
