Why do I need this training?

Getting recruitment right is critical to ensure you recruit the right people for the success of the business. It’s essential that any recruitment process is fair, consistent and complies with legal requirements including discrimination law. Whether recruitment is internal or external, there are many pitfalls for the unwary manager. Implementing a robust recruitment process can help to reduce the chance of complaints and employment tribunal claims. It will also help ensure a diverse workforce which promotes equality of opportunity and in turn drives business success by attracting good staff and enabling them to fulfil their potential.
