On Monday 26th June the PSC Legislation changed once again. As of 26th June, companies / LLPs which are already subject to the duty to maintain a PSC register are now subject to a new duty to update their register within 14 days of receiving information about a change and to file that information with Companies House within a further 14 days.
Any company / LLP that has made changes to its PSC Register since the date of its last Confirmation Statement must give notice of these changes to Companies House before the end of the period of 14 days beginning 26th June. New forms PSC01–09 have been introduced to notify Companies House of these changes and are available from https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/companies-house-forms-for-limited-companies#people-with-significant-control-(psc)).
