You’ll learn how beliefs, motivation and the brain’s filtering system shape your day to day decisions, and discover simple, practical tools to help you create a vision for 2026 that feels aligned, meaningful and energising. Expect insight, gentle challenge and practical tools you can use straight away.

In addition to responding to major incidents, the charity also provides patient aftercare, community lifesaving training and contributes to vital clinical research – all to give every patient the best possible chance of survival and recovery.
