Employment Partner, Matthew Potter commented,
We are delighted to welcome James to Howes Percival. He is very well known in the Norwich market with a large network of contacts and brings with him significant experience and expertise. We want to expand the employment team in East Anglia and in Norwich specifically as we are seeing increased demand from a large number of employers who are looking to prepare for the influx of new legislation from the Employment Rights Act 2025.
We are currently working with clients across a range of sectors, assisting them to review and update their contracts of employment and employee handbook policies during this period of change in employment law and new legislation which creates further red tape for employers and more opportunities for employees to pursue claims.
