Howes Percival Shortlisted Five Times for East Midlands Dealmakers Awards 2023

Howes Percival has received five nominations for Insider Media’s East Midlands Dealmakers Awards 2023.

The annual awards recognise high quality work from the top professional services firms in the east midlands region. The categories are judged by a panel of independent experts and the winners will be announced at a gala dinner event taking place at the Nottingham Belfry on Thursday 25 May.

The categories the firm has been shortlisted for are:

Corporate Law Firm of the Year
Deal of the Year (under 10m) Management buyout of Swann Systems
Deal of the Year (under 10m) Sale of TEK4
Deal of the Year (Above 10m) LDC investment in Stonbury
Dealmaker of the Year - Jahid Ali
