I am a Trainee Solicitor in Howes Percival’s specialist construction team. I am involved in both contentious and non-contentious matters, assisting the team with High Court Litigation, Arbitration, Adjudications and ADR procedures such as mediation. I also support the projects side of the team in the drafting and negotiation of collateral warranties, architect & engineer appointments and novation agreements as well as helping to monitor project administration.
