Becky is a Trainee Solicitor in Howes Percival’s specialist construction team. Becky is involved in both contentious and non-contentious matters, assisting the team with High Court Litigation, Arbitration, Adjudications and ADR procedures such as mediation. She also supports the projects side of the team in the drafting and negotiation of collateral warranties, architect & engineer appointments and novation agreements as well as helping to monitor project administration.
