Experience and Background

Chelsea is an Associate in the Private Client team, based in the Leicester office. Chelsea deals with a range of private client matters including wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and estate administration, estate planning and attorney and deputyship applications.

Chelsea also advises on charity law matters, including the establishment and governance of charities, advising trustees on their legal duties and responsibilities, and supporting organisations in achieving their charitable objectives.
