Elizabeth (also known as Lizzie) joined Howes Percival in February 2025 as an Associate in the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team. Elizabeth qualified as a Dispute Resolution lawyer before specialising in Insolvency. 

Elizabeth undertakes work for the Insolvency Service, the Official Receiver, private Insolvency Practitioners as well as private individuals and businesses. Her work includes the investigation of directors conduct for disqualification and also advising officeholders on asset recovery in bankruptcies and corporate insolvencies.
