Experience and background

Grace joined Howes Percival's specialist Construction team in September 2026 as a Trainee Solicitor. She predominantly works on disputes-based matters, whilst also supporting the Projects team with a range of construction and engineering matters.

Grace is involved in adjudications and complex construction disputes, including matters before the High Court and the Technology and Construction Court. She supports the team on a variety of contentious construction matters and assists with all stages of the dispute resolution process.

Grace takes a keen interest in the construction sector and regularly attends construction and networking events to develop her industry knowledge.
