Grace has over 7 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing and deals with all aspects of conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, remortgages, new build properties and plot sales.
Grace is a New Homes Manager in our Leicester office and works predominantly with regional developers on their plot disposals, including the site set up process, plot sales and dealing with part-exchange properties. Grace focuses on providing a personable and commercial approach to all transactions, explaining complex legal matters in a clear and concise manner. Grace is proactive and is committed to progressing transactions through to completion avoiding any unnecessary delays. As New Homes Manager, Grace ensures that she and the team provide an exceptional quality of service to all clients and making the whole disposal process from site set up through to completion seamless for the client.
