Helen is an experienced commercial contracts and transactional intellectual property specialist with extensive in-house experience, most recently in the defence sector.
Helen’s experience spans a wide range of legal, contractual, and compliance matters through all stages of the contract lifecycle. Helen has particular experience in the sale and supply of complex goods and services, international contracts, research and grant funding contracts and technology and licensing. Specifically, Helen has sector experience in defence, health and life sciences.
She is known for her curiosity and attention to detail which is balanced with commercial pragmatism and which is what makes her a trusted advisor to the businesses with which she works.
