Katherine is a Partner in the Corporate, Commercial and Banking team. She is based in Leicester. Katherine advises on company disposals and acquisitions, share arrangements, company restructuring and reorganisations and company finance documentation. She also drafts and advises on a variety of commercial arrangements and documents for companies, from NDAs, terms and conditions of business and outsourcing arrangements through to collaboration and joint venture agreements and framework agreements for longer term projects. Katherine has considerable experience advising companies on compliance with consumer protection legislation, including consumer rights and consumer credit and hire legislation.
Katherine studied her undergraduate degree at the University of Leicester and went on to study for her post-graduate diploma in legal practice at De Montfort University, Leicester for which she came top of her class and was awarded the Law Society prize for excellence.
Katherine qualified in February 2007 after successfully completing her training contract with a Leicester firm.
