Katherine Cereghino

Katherine is a Partner in the Corporate and Banking team. She is based in Northampton. 

Katherine has considerable experience advising on:

• company acquisitions and disposals, as well as share arrangements, company restructuring and group reorganisations.
• a broad range of financing and lending transactions from secured lending for large banks through to smaller loan facility arrangements (both secured and unsecured). 

Katherine has particular expertise in dealing with commercial real estate finance, whether for lenders or borrowers.

Katherine studied her undergraduate degree at the University of Leicester and went on to study for her post-graduate diploma in legal practice at De Montfort University, Leicester for which she came top of her class and was awarded the Law Society prize for excellence.

Katherine qualified in February 2007 after successfully completing her training contract with a Leicester firm.
