Kerry joined Howes Percival in January 2026 bringing with her over 15 years of property experience. Working across the region in Norwich and North Norfolk, Kerry’s background in residential, social housing and, more recently, finance security work means she is an experienced property lawyer with a wealth of knowledge over a variety of sectors. Returning to private practice, Kerry is excited to be familiarising herself with agriculture and estates property work once again.
Kerry is a Chartered Legal Executive and Licenced Conveyancer.
