Experience and Background

Kerry joined Howes Percival in January 2026 bringing with her over 15 years of property experience. Working across the region in Norwich and North Norfolk, Kerry’s background in residential, social housing and, more recently, finance security work means she is an experienced property lawyer with a wealth of knowledge over a variety of sectors. Now working within the Agriculture and Estates team, Kerry applies her extensive property knowledge to rural and estate work and is actively expanding her expertise within the sector.

Kerry is a Chartered Legal Executive and Licenced Conveyancer.
