Kerry Harbord

Kerry is a highly experienced property lawyer with over 15 years of experience, including more than 11 years specialising in social housing property work. Before joining Howes Percival, she spent six years working in-house for a large regional housing provider, giving her valuable insight into the practical and commercial challenges faced by registered providers.

Having advised registered providers both in-house and as an external lawyer, Kerry combines her legal expertise with a practical understanding of the social housing sector, including the commercial objectives, governance requirements and day-to-day operational challenges faced by housing providers. She advises on a wide range of property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, asset management transactions, and the property aspects of funding arrangements, including work to enhance property values and support additional borrowing, while supporting clients across the broader spectrum of social housing property work.

Kerry is a Chartered Legal Executive and Licensed Conveyancer.
