Neena is a Director and Solicitor-Advocate in the Insolvency & Corporate Recovery department in our Northampton and Milton Keynes offices. Neena specialises in contentious insolvency and acts for Insolvency Practitioners and Office Holders in pursuing Insolvency Act claims for the benefit of insolvent estates.
Neena also acts for local authorities in recovering outstanding debts through bankruptcy and winding up proceedings.
Neena has a broad range of litigation experience advising clients in the commercial and insolvency sectors from small businesses to large and international organisations.
Neena is a Solicitor-Advocate, having acquired the Higher Rights of Audience Qualification (Civil) in 2019.
