Experience and Background

Following her qualification as a solicitor, Olivia pursued a dual specialism in both Commercial & Agricultural Property and Corporate transactional work.

Olivia acts for a range of clients advising on all aspects of property law, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, option agreements and conditional contracts, alongside property portfolio management and secured property financing. Olivia is also experienced in relation to business acquisitions and disposals (both share and asset transactions), often as part of significant land and property disposals by way of SPV company.

Olivia provides pragmatic and down to earth advice tailored to the needs of her individual client.  Olivia joined Howes Percival in February 2026 and she is looking forward to bringing her experience to the firm’s many landed estates and agricultural clients across the Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire regions.
