Olivia is a trainee solicitor currently undertaking her second seat with the Construction team in the Cambridge office, having recently completed her first seat in Dispute Resolution. Olivia joined Howes Percival in January 2022 as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution department having previously worked at a high street law firm as a paralegal and completing her Legal Practice Course in August 2021.
Olivia has had experience with a wide range of complex commercial disputes including contractual disputes, company/shareholder disputes, insolvency litigation and contentious trusts and probate cases. She is now supporting the construction team in the preparation and negotiation of construction documentation, including building contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties.”
