Experience and Background

Stephen is a Director in the Intellectual Property and IT team, advising on a wide range of complex contentious and non-contentious matters.

He has extensive experience in intellectual property infringement claims, IT contract and data related claims, trade mark strategy and prosecution, and IT and software agreements. He also has significant expertise in regulatory compliance and legal issues arising in relation to adverting, data protection and AI. 

Prior to joining Howes Percival Stephen worked in-house for several years, giving him a beneficial understanding of how commercial businesses operate and the context in which legal advice is required.
