Howes Percival’s Milton Keynes team has advised private equity investor LDC on a new round of investment in Stonbury, a leading provider of water infrastructure and environmental services.
Headquartered in Bedfordshire, Stonbury delivers innovative, low-carbon solutions to maintain, repair and refurbish critical assets, from drinking water provision to wastewater treatment.
The transaction involved LDC reinvesting alongside new minority co-investor Federated Hermes to support the next phase of Stonbury's growth, including further acquisitions and expansion across the UK water sector.
Howes Percival’s role was to guide LDC through all legal aspects of the transaction, helping to structure, negotiate and successfully complete the investment.
