Howes Percival has expanded its East Midlands specialist planning team with the addition of Paul Hunt as Partner, and Associate, Sarah Hollis. Paul and Sarah, who were both previously with Shakespeare Martineau, will be based at Howes Percival’s Leicester office.

Paul Hunt, Partner
Paul Hunt has over 30 years’ experience of both contentious and non-contentious planning work in the public and private sectors. He specialises in large residential and mixed-use schemes, he works for a range of residential developers and commercial organisations.
Sarah Hollis, Associate
Sarah Hollis is a specialist planning lawyer and has considerable experience acting for landowners and developers in respect of large residential schemes across the East Midlands. Sarah has acted for Registered Providers advising on social housing issues and has experience of contentious planning including judicial review and statutory challenges.
