Howes Percival has opened its new Milton Keynes city centre office with the team moving from the firm’s old base in Knowlhill.
The move to the new office at The Pinnacle on Midsummer Boulevard follows a period of sustained growth in the city which has seen staff numbers increase by 44% in the last three years.
The 40 plus team now provide a comprehensive range of legal services including corporate law, commercial property, planning, employment, commercial, technology & IP, wills, trusts, tax & estates, family law and contentious trusts & probate. The MK office has also developed key sector specialisms including automotive (and specifically retail automotive), education, and healthcare.
Simon deMaid, Milton Keynes Managing Partner commented,
It was fantastic to formally open our new office and welcome our colleagues to The Pinnacle. While we’ve had a presence in MK for many years, the new office puts us right at the heart of the city and close to many of our clients, referrers and fellow professional service firms. It is also a great working environment for our team and gives us the space we need to keep on growing and investing in our people and the services we offer to the city and the region.
Partner, Marcus Carter who led on the project said,
It’s brilliant to see clients and colleagues enjoying the new space. The office has been designed to ensure that our clients have the best experience when they come to visit us, and to provide our colleagues with everything they need to support their work. We want to be a place where people really enjoy working, and we have already received positive feedback on the new, multifunctional workspace.
Earlier this month, Howes Percival announced 25 promotions across the firm including from the MK team: Anna Bithrey (Employment) promoted to Legal Director and Bradley Johnson (Corporate) made Senior Associate.
The promotions followed confirmation from Chairman Geraint Davies of another successful year for Howes Percival, and a fourth double-digit turnover rise in four years as the team continued to meet the growing demand from clients across all seven of its offices.
