Ben focuses on high value and complex M&A transactions for larger corporate clients and SME owner-managed businesses. 

During his time at Howes Percival he has advised on a number of significant investments and exits across a wide range of sectors and is able to advise clients on a wide range of matters, including considerable experience in restructuring. 

During the past year Ben has acted for a variety of large corporate clients and has led on a number of M&A transactions and investment on their behalf.  Ben also had a leading role and advised management teams on first and second rounds of investment.
