Experience and Background

Ilaya is a second-year trainee solicitor, currently undertaking her fourth seat in the Employment department in Norwich and Cambridge.  She has completed her previous seats in the Development, Commercial Property team, Dispute Resolution and Litigation team and the Employment team.  

Ilaya was an avid volunteer at the UEA Law Clinic for the Justice Project and the Norfolk Community Law Service. She worked within various legal departments whilst studying at UEA, before commencing her Legal Practice Course in 2023 and Training Contract with Howes Percival in 2024.
