Experience and background

Katie has spent over 22 years working in the Thames Valley in insolvency and restructuring law, advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors and creditors of distressed companies. Her experience includes sales of businesses by way of administration, company restructuring through Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and insolvency litigation to recover assets for the benefit of creditors. Katie works with clients across a wide range of sectors and has particular experience in the healthcare sector.
