Katie is an associate solicitor in our Social Housing Team based in Norwich. She assists housing associations on purchasing section 106 affordable housing, negotiating development agreements and dealing with the subsequent plot sales and shared ownership leases. Katie also has experience assisting local authorities and private developers on land acquisitions, infrastructure agreements and disposals.
Katie joined Howes Percival in April 2023 after completing her training contract at another local regional firm. Katie is an active member of the Norwich and Norfolk Law Society, as well as being part of Howes Percival’s Social Mobilitee Committee and Charity Committee.
