Experience and Background

Nichola qualified in September 2023 and assists in a wide variety of personal and corporate insolvency matters, including complex contentious matters involving Court applications, extensive investigations into potential assets and the pursuit of office holder claims including in respect of transactions at undervalue, preferences and misfeasance claims.

Nichola also assists in non-contentious and transactional matters such as the out of court appointments of administrators and sale of business and assets in administration and liquidation.
