Experience and Background

After completing her training contract with Howes Percival, Noor joined the Commercial, Intellectual Property and IT team as an Associate in September 2025, having already completed a full year with the team as a trainee. Noor has a range of experience dealing with contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters surrounding trade marks, passing off, copyright, patents, registered designs and design rights. Noor also advises on a range of software and IT agreements, and all aspects of data protection law (from general compliance requirements to responding to contentious subject access requests).

Noor completed her undergraduate degree in Law LLB at the University of Leicester and later completed her Legal Practical Course and Masters of Law at Nottingham Trent University.
