Noor is an Associate with a range of experience dealing with contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters surrounding trade marks, passing off, copyright, patents and design rights. In addition, Noor also advises on a range of software and IT agreements, and all aspects of data protection law (from general compliance requirements to responding to contentious subject access requests), as well as defamation and reputation management matters.
Noor joined the team after completing her training contract with Howes Percival and doing a double seat in the department. This came after she completed her undergraduate degree in Law LLB at the University of Leicester and then later the Legal Practical Course and Masters of Law at Nottingham Trent University.
