Ruth has been working in commercial property for over 20 years and has developed a specialism in Lease Extensions and Leasehold Enfranchisement over the last 18 years.
Ruth’s commercial property work encompasses working for landlords and tenants on leases of all types of commercial properties. She also works for clients buying or selling commercial properties. Ruth enjoys dealing with trickier aspects of property law, such as, restrictive covenants, unregistered land and adverse possession.
Ruth is experienced in dealing with rights to enfranchise, rights of first refusal and lease extensions, both agreed and statutory.
