Ryan is a second seat trainee with the Corporate team based in the Northampton office. Ryan’s first seat was in Commercial where he undertook a wide range of work, such as, drafting and advising on various commercial contracts, including contracts for the supply of goods and services, franchise agreements, outsourcing agreements and terms and conditions. Additionally, Ryan advised clients on various issues impacting their business, providing them with practical and commercial solutions.
Ryan commenced his training contract with the firm in September 2023 after completing his LLM and Legal Practice Course.
Ryan completed his undergraduate degree in Law with a Year Abroad at the University of Leicester. He also studied at the University of Copenhagen as an Erasmus exchange student.
