Experience and Background

Sally is a Chartered Legal Executive and became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1995. She is a specialist social housing lawyer working mainly for registered providers/housing associations as to Right to Buy and Right to Acquire disposals, shared ownership and shared equity sales, land sales, equity charges, releases of covenants, property restrictions and S106 planning agreements. Her background is in local government where she has over 25 years of experience dealing with property and planning matters and working with both planning and strategic housing officers to achieve affordable housing targets. She has also worked on secondment with housing associations; providing assistance with the pilot Voluntary Right to Buy Scheme and the Right to Buy Process from initial enquiry to completion of the conveyancing.
