Experience and Background

Stephanie joined Howes Percival in 2022 as an Associate in the Regulatory Team.

Since joining the team she has assisted senior team members in representing clients faced with a variety of regulatory compliance issues, including representing clients under investigation or subject to prosecution by enforcing authorities (including HSE, CQC, police and local authorities).

With a background in criminal defence and having taught criminal law to undergraduate and postgraduate university students, Stephanie has a solid understanding of criminal law, practice and procedure and has experience in supporting clients through the most sensitive of cases.
