The Government is seeking views on draft legislation to amend the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended).

This consultation on Community Infrastructure Levy draft regulations focuses on technical implementation of the reforms outlined in the government response to supporting housing delivery through developer contributions.

The reforms seek to improve the operation of the Community Infrastructure Levy by reducing complexity and increasing market responsiveness and transparency.
