His experience of complex corporate transactions and his expertise in the health and social care sectors will be a real asset to the firm and our clients. Oliver will help us further develop our Corporate, Commercial and Banking presence in the region, which we see as a core market for us given the quality of our client base and the SME businesses in the area.
“Over the last few years we’ve invested heavily in our Corporate, Commercial and Banking team and the strategy is paying dividends. We’ve proved repeatedly that we can be a match for any firm locally or nationally, with deals ranging from the recent acquisition of Broads Tours to the sale of Aspall to Molson Coors Brewing Corporation. We’re winning an increasing number of new instructions due to our ability to work as a team across offices, as well as the sheer strength and depth of our talent pool.”
