Experience and Background

Chenice is an Apprentice Solicitor who is studying for her law degree, whilst working in the Dispute Resolution team. Chenice primarily assists the team with uncontested debt recovery to include preparing Letters Before Action, Court proceedings and Statutory Demands as well as requesting and enforcing Judgments from the Court. Chenice also assists the team during various stages of the Court process to include dealing with disclosure and costs related issues as well as attending Court with other members of the team.
