James qualified as a solicitor in July 2023 and worked in commercial property and general litigation. James has particular experience in relation to disputes regarding commercial leases, boundaries, easements, dilapidations, and adverse possession.
James studied law at the University of Lincoln and achieved an undergraduate degree in Law. James then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course with a Masters in Legal Practice at Nottingham Law School.
Since 2021, James worked in a local firm before joining Howes Percival.
