Experience and Background

Katie can advise clients on a range of contentious property issues. She aims to provide strategic and commercial advice to clients. Katie has acted for education providers, commercial healthcare entities and landlords and tenants in commercial and residential contexts. Some of Katie’s expertise includes advice relating to:

  • Contested and uncontested business lease renewals.
  • Easements, restrictive covenants and title matters.
  • Lease exit including dilapidations
  • Forfeiture and possession proceedings.
  • Advising on trespass, nuisance, easements and restrictive covenants.

Katie trained and qualified at a large regional firm in Cambridge in March 2023, specialising in Property Litigation work from the outset. Katie has an Undergraduate Degree in Law from Durham University and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP in Cambridge.
