Experience and Background

Rachel is an Associate dealing with Contentious Trusts and Probate claims. Rachel has experience in a wide variety of disputes, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, challenges to the validity of a Will, Executor and Trustee removal applications, inventory and account applications and administration disputes. 

Rachel has managed disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution and at various stages of the litigation process for both claimants and defendants. She is also a member of ConTrA (The Contentious Trusts Association), a network of professionals specialising in trust disputes, and holds the STEP certificate in Contentious Estates. 

Rachel is primarily based in the Northampton office but is present at our Milton Keynes and Leicester offices too.
