Howes Percival has acted on the acquisition of East Mids based All Purpose Cleaning and Catering Supplies Ltd.
With over 50 years of industry experience, Melton Mowbray based All Purposes Cleaning and Catering Supplies delivers quality hospitality products to various sectors including education, healthcare, leisure and the public sector.
Howes Percival advised the buyer All Purpose Holdings Limited on the complex acquisition, co-ordinating multiple interlinked transactions involving restructuring, refinancing and long-term employee incentives.
Led by Corporate partner Jeremy Hyde, the Howes Percival team included corporate lawyer Chloe Chambers, with Simon Warburton and Anindita Banerjee providing banking support. Samuel Moore looked after tax, while employment law was handled by Nick Benton and Courtney Kidney.
