Commenting on the firm’s rankings Howes Percival’s chairperson, Geraint Davies said;
“This is an excellent set of rankings and recommendations - something the whole firm can be proud of. Once again, our core strengths have been recognised. We also saw a number of significant improvements in the rankings this year and it was fantastic for the teams to see recognition for all the hard work they have put in. I’m particularly pleased to see the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team in the East Midlands recognised with a new top tier ranking and our expanding Banking and Finance team and our Family team achieving higher rankings this year.
“It is also great to see client feedback describing Howes Percival as ‘a powerful regional practice with first-class London quality and superb value for money’ – which is absolutely fundamental to our offering.
“A key element of our continued success has been the ability to recruit talented lawyers who share our ethos of working together to provide clients with high-quality, commercially minded, accessible advice. It’s an approach that relies on our experts making the time to sit alongside clients and work through the challenges. Our partners take a hands-on approach, which clients really value – and that comes through strongly in The Legal 500 recommendations.”
Geraint Davies continued,
“This has been an exceptional year. Covid-19 has brought different challenges for everyone. Over the last few years we have invested heavily in technology which has enabled us to seamlessly adapt to the new working environment. We were able to switch quickly to agile, remote working and are continuing to receive new instructions and find more creative ways of servicing our clients’ needs.”
