We know being an in-house lawyer isn’t only about dealing with legal and compliance issues and the law.  It’s so much more than  that – it’s understanding your business operations, people and culture, and considering all of that when dealing with those legal and regulatory issues and protecting your business from risk.

Our services are provided by lawyers who themselves have in-house experience.  We support businesses by being an extension of them.  That support might be bolstering your existing in-house legal function or it might be us partnering with you to assume that function.  Whatever the nature and scope of support you require, our services are designed to add value, support workflow, and help you manage risk.

Our service offering is flexible – we know every business is different and a ‘one size fits all’ approach doesn’t work.  That’s why we will work collaboratively with you to determine what support you need. That might be supporting your operational teams with new business contracts and projects, particularly where there’s a surge in legal work or a reduced capacity in your legal function. It could also be with streamlining your legal compliance by developing template documents, playbooks, or policies and procedures.  Whatever the reason, we are confident we can provide services which are right for you.

We will work with you to tailor a purchasing model that works for you. Certainty on costs and on-time delivery are our commitment to you and - whether you’re looking for services priced by deliverables, by the day or by the hour, using blended rates, as subscription services or as a retainer - we have a solution.
