Assisting investor clients with the ongoing management of their portfolios including acting on buy-and-build programmes, advising on disposals and assisting with restructuring exercises. We work collaboratively with our clients’ corporate finance advisers to help manage and deliver successful transactions.

Advising management teams, founders and institutional investors on their exits from high growth or private equity backed businesses. These include via trade sales, secondary and tertiary buy-outs and other exit options.
